Each class is an hour long and includes four main components:
- General Warm-Up: Prepares the body for the workout, focusing on mobility and muscle activation.
- Strength Piece: This might involve Olympic lifts, powerlifting, or gymnastics movements, depending on the day.
- Metabolic Conditioning: A workout lasting anywhere from 3 to 25 minutes, designed to challenge endurance and stamina.
- Cool-Down: A period of stretching and recovery to ensure proper muscle recovery and flexibility.
