Athletic Training Group

Here at PER4ORM, we have developed a program tailored to middle and high school athletes, offered four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 4-6 pm.

Sports Performance Group training is a 2-hour session, broken up into two different facets of training. The first hour focuses on footwork, speed, agility, change of direction and/or coordination. The second hour of the session is geared towards strength training and resistance training.

Sports Performance Group training is designed to be modified for different age groups so that each athlete is getting the proper training that they need. For example, a high school athlete will do different exercises than a middle school athlete to ensure that we outweigh the risks with a smarter, more rewarding training tactic.
