Performance Training Group

The training program is structured to develop well-rounded athletes through a balanced and varied approach. Each hour-long session includes a general warm-up, followed by targeted strength training that may focus on Olympic lifts, powerlifting, or gymnastics. This is complemented by metabolic conditioning, with workout durations ranging from 3 to 25 minutes to engage all three energy systems. The session concludes with a cool-down to promote recovery. Throughout the training, coaches emphasize correct movement patterns, providing guidance through verbal cues, tactile feedback, and demonstrations.

We believe in the importance of constant variety, and we use the hopper system to deliver workouts that challenge athletes across broad time and modal domains. In addition to the physical aspects, our coaches take the time to check in on athletes’ nutrition and overall well-being during class, fostering a strong sense of community. By focusing on mechanics, consistency, and intensity, our program not only builds physical strength and endurance but also promotes integrity, resilience, and a lifelong love of fitness.
