Our Youth Progression Program is designed to help young athletes grow in strength, skill, and confidence, with a structured approach to advancement. From mastering foundational movements to achieving elite-level benchmarks, our program ensures that athletes are always progressing safely and effectively.

Here’s how it works:

Intermediate Class

Athletes focus on mobility, strength, and endurance using a building block approach to programming, combined with personalized instruction in weightlifting and gymnastics.

Advanced Class

For those ready to take their training to the next level, this class integrates our regular programming to develop well-rounded, competitive athletes.

With clear milestones across strength, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning, athletes are challenged to meet 11 out of 15 benchmarks to advance to the next level.

Our coaches provide guidance every step of the way, ensuring progress that’s both measurable and meaningful.
