Head Coach
My name is Jeremiah Parvin and I am the head coach at the Performance Center. It has been a dream of mine to create a dedicated space for middle and high school athletes to workout, build community, and I’m so thankful to partner with Pittman PT. I’m a former D1 collegiate athlete, retired A-10 pilot, current FedEx pilot and CrossFit level 3 coach. When i’m not coaching, I’m spending time with my family, grilling, or trying to qualify for the CrossFit Games (Or be the best athlete I can be!)

CrossFit-Level 2 coach
A lawyer-turned-CrossFit coach. I’m passionate about helping kids gain confidence through weight training and metabolic conditioning. I am a CrossFit-Level 2 coach, as well as a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I used to practice law, but I found my true calling in the world of fitness. I am blessed to enjoy every single second of training adults and children. It’s never work for me, and I hope to share that passion with your children. When I’m not training, you can find me spending time with my little family. I can’t wait to help your kids gain confidence in and outside of the gym! It’s my priority to keep them safe by introducing mechanics of movement, practicing consistency, and then adding in variables to challenge them relative to their individual skills and proficiencies.

Coach Patrick, pilot and CrossFit coach, I have passionately been involved in sports and fitness since my youth. My primary sports were Baseball and Football, lettering in both during high school. While attending college, the Air Force ROTC introduced me to a multifaceted fitness protocol of running, swimming and calisthenics. This passion led me to establish the University’s Combat Controller Training Club. I attended Pilot Training as an Officer in the Air Force following college. While flying F-15’s and traveling the world, fitness remained a priority and ultimately led me to discover a love for CrossFit. Currently, I am a FedEx 777 Pilot and Air Force Reservist residing in Memphis. I have a Crossfit Level 1 OL Certification and am the owner/operator of ColtsGym901.
