Youth progression

Unlock athletic potential, step by step

Ages 7 to 18. A tiered program where athletes earn their way up rather than being pushed up.

01 The program

Built in tiers, earned in checkpoints

We believe in building athletes step by step.

The Youth Progression Program is designed to help young athletes grow in strength, skill and confidence. With clear milestones across gymnastics, strength and metabolic conditioning, athletes must meet 11 of 15 checkpoints to advance to the next tier. Our coaches guide every step.

For athletes ready to level up, we introduce advanced techniques and competitive training to build complete, well-rounded performers.

02 Starting out

Every athlete starts on the on-ramp

01

Squat

The pattern behind every jump, every change of direction and every landing.

02

Press

Overhead strength and shoulder stability, taught before any load is added.

03

Hinge

The pattern that protects the back and produces the power. Hardest to teach, most worth teaching.

Only once an athlete demonstrates proper mechanics do we begin adding intensity. This applies to every athlete, including the strong ones. Especially the strong ones.

03 A typical class

One hour, four parts

Each class runs an hour. It opens with a warm-up focused on mobility and muscle activation, moves into skill or strength work which might involve Olympic lifts, powerlifting or gymnastics depending on the day, then conditioning, then a cool-down.
